Cashew cake in a glass

The other day I tried an IKEA dessert, which honestly, looked very good. But not healthy at all! So it came at the time, a healthier and easier version! The next day I was already serving it for breakfast and it was a success! They loved it!
It is also super easy to do, 10 minutes and ready! Beautiful, healthy, tasty and easy. Come on, it have it all!

Ingredients:

Dough
100gr nuts
5 dates
Grated skin of a lemon

Cream:
200gr of cashew nuts
3 tbsp coconut syrup
300 ml of mineral water

Quick jam:
Frozen blueberries
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon of agar-agar

Fresh red fruits
Strawberries

1. In the blender, add the ingredients of the cream until you get maximum creaminess. Let it rest in the fridge.

2. Process the ingredients for the dough, until the nuts lose their oils and the ingredients are well integrated. Make balls and crush the dough at the base of glass cups.

3. In the pan over medium heat, put the frozen cashew nuts. Wait for it to be thawed and releasing water, to add the rest of the ingredients. Remove a few minutes until it takes consistency. Ready!

4. Mount the second layer with cashew cream. Add 2 tbsp of jam and finally garnish with lots of red berries and strawberries. Let it rest in the fridge.
