Guest what? It´s incredible. Despite the ingredients it does not taste like coconut. It just tastes like the best dark chocolate cream you ever had.
Simple, nutritious and white sugars free, to make you feel good while eating it and much better after all.
- 1 can coconut milk
- ½ cup raw Cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp black coconut syrup
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 oranges, pealed.
- Pistachios, powdered
Place one full spoon of coconut butter in a small saucepan and let it melt on medium heat. Add the cacao powder, stirring with a rubber spatula until the cacao is fully melted. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Open the can of coconut milk and pour just the clear liquid into the blender, together with the salt and the black coconut syrup. Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and silky (scrape down the sides while blending, there shouldn’t be any lumps remaining in the mousse).
Add the cooled cacao and the reserved coconut cream along with the other full spoon of coconut butter. Blend until it’s all combined and has a mousse texture.
Spoon the mousse into small serving dishes and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, blend unsalted pistachios until is powder. Peal the pulp of the oranges, cut them in pieces and place them on top of the mousse, together with the berries and sprinkled pistachio.
