Yes, going outside is permissible, go ahead!  Exit running and reveal your legs to the sun.  Impregnate yourself with vitamin D.

The spicy energy is in the air and love is the only ingredient we need. This is the secret!!! Love will make homemade food taste delicious. Love for yourself and for those you are cooking for. Love for organic markets, natural products, no added sugar and fat free. And so, love for the salad you are shopping or for the way you are decorating your plate. Good morning!!!!

Orange & turmeric granite

Ingredients

  • 500ml orange juice
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 strawberries
  • 200gr natural yogurt

Pass the orange juice through a fine strainer. Blend the juice together with the agave syrup, turmeric and black pepper, until smooth. The mixture should taste quiet sweet because the sweetness will be dulled on freezing. If is not sweet enough, then add more syrup and blend it again.

Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours, the 8 hours of your sleep.

In the morning remove the container from the freezer and using a fork scrape the surface of the frozen mixture, breaking the crystals.

Serve the granite together with coconut yogurt and fresh halved strawberries.

It’s a frozen treat for adults, refreshing and not too sweet. Is high in vitamins and anti-inflammatory proprieties. Get ready to feel fabulous!
