This season is about how to feel fabulous.
Introduce into your life a plant-based nutrition, raw food, ecologic and seasonal products, and homemade recipes. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. It goes like this;
Plant food + raw food = power food. Power food is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Enzymes taking care of a good digestion, give you more energy and good vibes. Cleaning your body, feeling lighter and younger.
When your mind is thinking clearly and your body heals well, your immune system gets strong and your health is improving, so you are alkalizing.
Don’t go on a diet, just love to eat healthy.
Now yes, get ready for this winter with a big smile on your face!

Clementine & pomegranate smoothie bowl

“Clementines” are unique. The smell, the taste, its properties are delicious! On the coldest days burn its skin and you will get marvellous incense. Or make a tea with their leaves if you can’t fall sleep. Pomegranates! A super powerful antioxidant, sadly, with such a short season. This autumn use them as much as you can!

3 clementines, peeled
3 tbs pomegranate
2 cups chopped raw carrots
1 cup chopped spinach or a pear
1 banana
½ tsp vanilla extract
Dash of ground cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 cup almond milk
Handful of muesli

Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
Meanwhile, peel the pomegranate and separate the tasty seeds. Add them to the blender together with all the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
Top with the muesli & some more pomegranates.
